It’s full steam ahead here at WOOLIES getting ready for the International Beaulieu Autojumble this coming weekend 6th and 7th September 2025.

We make sure we have as many items as possible with us so there is a good range for you to have a look at and buy.   We have lots of products in our specially designed trailer which opens out and displays lots of rubber and sponge seals, trimming items such as hidems and pipings, bonnet tapes, weatherstrips, screws and washers and fittings such as bonnet catches and handles.

We also have more bulky items with us such as sound deadening felts, millboards, rubber mattings, hooding materials and vinyls, these are great to buy at the show if you can fit them in your car as they are expensive to send via mail order. 

In addition to all the products we have samples with us too so e.g. if you need some carpet and are unsure of the colour we can give you a small piece to take away and order once you get home.

Here’s a few hints to help you prepare for visiting the Autojumble 

Know what you’re looking for :

The Beaulieu Autojumble is a fantastic place for vintage car parts, trimming items, tools, memorabilia, and accessories. Before you go, make a list of items you’re specifically looking for.

It’s a good idea to bring photos, measurements or samples of the parts you're after, it helps us a lot in identifying what you are after.

Be prepared for the day :

Comfy shoes, a notebook / list of what you are after, phone or camera to take photos or show photos to us of what you are looking for.  A good backpack for your purchases, a measuring tape and cash if you prefer that but Woolies accepts cards so cash is not essential.

Check the weather forecast, you’ll be out all day so you could need wet weather gear or a sunhat and suncream, we’ve had every type of weather thrown at us over the years…..be prepared for whatever is in store !

Have fun :

Beaulieu is very social and you’ll be surrounded by like minded Vintage and Classic Car enthusiasts.  Even if there is nothing specific you want from Woolies come and say hello, we love seeing our regular customers and meeting new ones.  We’ll be in our usual location Red Field stand number 172-174 on the end of the row……we’ve been in the same place for the last 45+ years !

Pirelli webbing is a rubberised seat webbing used in car seats and good quality furniture e.g. made by Ercol and Parker Knoll.   Available in 38mm and 50mm wide and sold off-the-roll you can order the exact quantity you would like.

The webbing can be wrapped around a seat frame or better still we sell Pirelli webbing wire clips in 38mm and 50mm which is a great way to attach the webbing to the seat frame.  If there are holes in the seat frame you could use wire clips which hook in to the frame.    

Wrap the webbing round the wire clip and then secure with the Staples and plates for Pirelli webbing.  Put a plastic plate each side of the webbing and put the 2 legs of the wire clips though the holes then bend the short legs of the wire clip with a hammer to make a strong and secure fixing. 

The seat below shows how a customer has used our webbing, wire clips and staples and plates to attach to the back of the seat.  It is a good idea to ‘weave’ the straps to make it stronger and keep the straps in place.
